Based upon Plaintiff's submissions, the Court grants in part and denies in part Plaintiff's motion for entry of a temporary restraining order, expedited discovery, and electronic service 14 as follows: the motion for expedited discovery and entry of a temporary restraining order is granted and the motion for electronic service is denied.
